Shipping & Refunds

Due to all of our products being made custom & made to order, all sales are final once production has begun. 

1. If we are in the design phase of your custom order and you would like to cancel we maintain to refund 75% of the total sale in order to cover our initial design costs.

2. If you want to cancel once the design is done but not into production then we maintain we can only refund 50% of the total sale in the order to cover all our design costs.  Please check & make sure the custom product will fit your vehicle beforehand. We are not responsible for a part not fitting specialty builds or wrong model fitment. Please email us if you have any questions or concerns before ordering.

Once a product is finished and ready to ship, the time line for shipping can take anywhere from 2 days to 8

depending on your location. Although there can be delays based on circumstances out of our control once the package is shipped, we do our best to give you accurate times. We use Fedex & USPS for our shipping depending on the product.

We insure all of our packages to cover the full value of the custom products during shipping. If there is any damage to the product during shipping we request at least 6 photos (3 of the product damage itself & 3 of the shipping box & packing materials as they arrived) immediately after receiving the package. Please save everything as it will be needed in the insurance process. If approved for an exchange we will remake the same exact item once the shipping company reimburses the claim. This claim process can take anywhere from 2-4 weeks.

Due to the nature of our products being for show vehicles there is no warranty. Customer will be responsible for proper care of the purchased product to maintain quality and finish. 

We currently are only shipping with in the U.S.A. We plan to expand internationally within the next 2 months.
